Develop training products by reviewing and researching government-furnished manuals and references, conducting SME interviews, evaluating training simulators and devices, and utilizing other relevant resources.
Must possess excellent oral, written, and visual communication; handle multiple tasks; be flexible with work assignments; work well with many personalities; and work with little supervision. Must possess a creative approach to problem solving, be detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
